Urea is a material that is mainly found in the human’s liquid extract. Although the urea is self filtered by the glomeruli, majority of the extract is excreted as urine. Almost 50% of the urine consists of Nitrogen (nitrogen excretion composes urea in general conditions) and the factor that are mainly responsible for the urea excretion are glomerular filteration rate, increased dietary protein intake, water diuretic states and protein catabolic conditions. When the protein intake reduces for a body, this implies that the urea composition also reduces while excreting.
