Allergy to kiwi fruit are not a rarity. There are many people who suffer from problematic situations after developing allergy to kiwi fruit. Most reactions due to action of the allergens is limited to itching and inflammation of throat and mouth. However, some people may even experience more serious symptoms like abdominal pain, difficulty in breathing, vomiting, and even in some rare cases, anaphylactic shock resulting in death.
