About Allergy - Mutton Test

If you have a stuffy or runny nose or you want to vomit or a rash develops on your skin on eating mutton, then you are allergic to this food. If a body is allergic to a food, it considers it as an enemy. At times the allergic reaction can be severe and trigger anaphylaxis reaction, which is life-threatening and should be treated immediately. Not only mutton, but beef, goat, pork, seal and even whale meat can cause allergies. Though it's hard to say how many are suffering from mutton/meat allergy, still it is a rare case. The cause for mutton allergy is the Lone Star tick. A simple bite is all you need and, if infected meat is consumed, one bite will cause you to suffer from meat allergy. It is the Lone Star tick, that initiated the red meat allergy in us and is quite predominant in Southwest from Texas and goes up-to Iowa and New England as well.
