The method of Immunophenotyping by flow cytometry is strictly followed when conducting IHC-B-Cell-Leukemia-Lymphoma-2 test. 1 ml of peripheral blood is first obtained by injecting a needle through the veins of the arm. Fresh bone marrow for core biopsy is then collected and carefully stored in a glass container with the name of the patient written on the label. Last but not the least, fresh or unfixed tissue is obtained in RPMI. All the samples are then sent to the laboratory for further investigation
