About Biomab Egfr 50Mg Injection

Biomab Egfr 50Mg Injection is a humanized monoclonal antibody, which is used for the treatment and prevention of glioma, in both adults and children alike. Biomab Egfr 50Mg Injection is a highly-selective epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor antagonist which works to increase angiogenesis, cellular proliferation, apoptosis and cell motility in malignant cells.

Biomab Egfr 50Mg Injection is administered in combination with radiotherapy or chemotherapy, with the dose depending on the patient’s condition and the doctor’s diagnosis. The medicine is distributed evenly in the heart, liver, bladder, kidneys and spleen.

Administration of Biomab Egfr 50Mg Injection should be exercised with caution in patients who have a history of murine monoclonal antibodies, patients with theracim hypersensitivity, as well as patients who have a history of diabetes and a history of cardiac diseases/problems.

Biomab Egfr 50Mg Injection should not be administered to women who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding. Common side effects of Biomab Egfr 50Mg Injection include fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, asthenia, hypotension or hypertension, flushing, dryness of mouth, rash, headache, fluctuation in blood pressure, dizziness and lightheadedness.
