About Cephbid 125 MG Syrup

Being a cephalosporin antibiotic, Cephbid 125 MG Syrup helps in treating bacterial infections affecting the skin, tonsils, throat and urinary tract. It also kills the bacteria, which helps in preventing the infection. It is also available in the form of a capsule, tablet and liquid to be taken orally. Cephbid 125 MG Syrup is usually taken with or without food once or twice in a day. However, it is better to take this medication with food to reduce the symptoms of stomach upset and nausea. You should take the medication as recommended by your doctor.

In case you miss a dose, you can have it as soon as you remember it but do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one. Cephbid 125 MG Syrup has some mild side effects like gas, heartburn, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. They normally do not require any medical supervision and go away in a few days.

In case of children, you must consult paediatrician before starting the medication as there is a possibility that special care may be required.     • Urinary Tract Infection

      Cephbid 125 MG Syruphelps in treating infections in the urinary tract caused by E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococci and Klebsiella pneumoniae.

    • Impetigo

      Cephbid 125 MG Syrup treats impetigo which is a highly contagious skin infection caused by Streptococcus or Staphylococcus.
