Uncontrolled quantity of nitric oxide (NO) is related to inflammation and other kinds of disruptions of the functioning of the airways. Chericof inhibits the activation of guanylate cyclase which is nitric oxide dependent. Lastly, it works as a β2 adrenergic receptor that results in an increase of cyclic AMP.
