About D-Veniz 50Mg Tablet Xr

D-Veniz 50Mg Tablet Xr is also known as anti-depressent, which belongs to the medicine group called serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It also improves mood, energy level and feelings of well being in the patient. Major depression symptoms such as sadness, low energy level, lack of interest in daily routine or having trouble in sleeping are treated by this medicine.

The possible side effects of using D-Veniz 50Mg Tablet Xr are :

  • Seizure (convulsions)
  • Agitation, headache, hallucinations, trouble concentrating, fever, weakness, fast heart rate, overactive reflexes, nausea, memory problems, vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of coordination
  • Eye problems
  • Cough and cold, chest tightness, trouble breathing
  • Easy bruising or bleeding, blood in your urine or stools
  • Very rigid muscles, high fever, fainting, sweating, confusion, tremors
  • Severe skin reaction especially in the face or upper body

Do not take this medicine if :

  • You are allergic to any ingredient in desvenlafaxine tablets or to venlafaxine
  • You are taking or have taken linezolid or St. John's wort within the last 14 days.
  • You are taking a fenfluramine derivative, nefazodone, sibutramine, or tryptophan
  • You are taking another medicine that contains venlafaxine or desvenlafaxine

    • Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI)

      This medicine is not recommended for use while a MAOI (Rasagiline/Selegiline/methylene blue etc.) is being consumed. This medicine should be consumed at least 14 days after stopping the use of MAOI medicines.
