Defrijet 500Mg Tablet is used in treating chronic iron overload and acute iron poisoning especially in small children which is caused by anemia and requires frequent blood transfusions. Defrijet 500Mg Tablet is an iron-chelating agent. Defrijet 500Mg Tablet works by binding itself to excess iron in the blood so that it can be removed from the body. You should not take Defrijet 500Mg Tablet is you have an allergies to Defrijet 500Mg Tablet and if you have severe kidney problems and or you are unable to urinate.
Some common side effects of Defrijet 500Mg Tablet include: blurred vision or any sudden problems related to your vision, a change in your fingernail colour to a bluish colour, seizures, difficulty in breathing or fast breathing, a sudden change in your heartbeat rate or fast heartbeat, hearing problems, redness or flushing of the skin. Other side effects include diarrhea, headache, mild stomach pain, nausea, stomach upset.
