This capsule is a progestin, which is used to help fight pain caused by endometriosis and to treat heavy menstrual bleeding in women who use oral contraceptives. It is consumed once a day in a 28 day cycle period. Consult your doctor regarding the dosage before its use.

Avoid taking this medicine if are allergic to any ingredients, are or may be pregnant, breastfeeding, have or have a history of heart attack, stroke, or heart disease, benign or malignant liver tumours, migraine, breast or uterine cancer.

This capsule is used in the treatment of endometriosis, reducing endometriotic lesions. Along with ethinylestradiol, it can also act as a contraceptive. It functions by imposing an effective progestogenic effect on the endometrium. Hence, its prolonged use can cause atrophy of the endometrium and affects endometrial tissue with its antiangiogenic, antiproliferative and immunologic effects.
