About Doxy-1 L-Dr Forte Capsule
Doxy-1 L-Dr Forte Capsule is primarily prescribed to treat bacterial infections. This medicine is a combination belonging to the class of antibiotics. It contains doxycycline and Lactobacillus as the active ingredients.
Doxycycline belongs to the class of tetracycline which blocks a bacterial protein from being made and therefore prevents the growth of bacteria. Whereas, Lactobacillus is a friendly bacteria, which is helpful in restoring intestinal flora, post-antibiotic diarrhea and for prevention of post-antibiotic vulvovaginal yeast infection
Being Antibiotic, Doxy 1 LDR is helpful in treating some sexually transmitted diseases, intestinal infections, skin infections, eye infections, urinary tract infections, respiratory infections, and others. This drug may also be used as part of a combination therapy to treat severe acne and to prevent malaria.
Before taking Doxy 1 L DR Forte, you should tell your doctor if you are:
