Draminate 50Mg Tablet, an over-the-counter medication, applicable in the treatment of nausea, vomiting as well as dizziness caused due to motion and also for treatment of Meniere's disease (an inner ear related disorder with symptoms like extreme dizziness, hearing loss, ringing in ears, loss of balance). It is an antihistamine and anticholinergic. It is available as a tablet or chewable tablet for oral ingestion.

For an adult injectable dosage is 50 to 100 mg every 4 hours and if taken orally then 100 mg every 8 to 12 hours (as required) with a maximum of 400 mg within 24 hours.
