EL Nico 5mg Tablet is a vasodilatory drug. It treats angina chest pain. This medication widens blood vessels thus increasing the blood and oxygen flow to the heart. This medication is used to treat other heart conditions also.

On using EL Nico 5mg Tablet you may experience side effects such as rapid or irregular heartbeat, swelling, darkening of urine, dizziness, headache, nausea, fatigue, a decrease in blood pressure levels, flushes, skin rash, high potassium levels, muscle pain or stomach pain.
