About Glycerol

Glycerol is a colourless, odourless, viscous liquid polyol compound. It is found in various products such as cough syrups, hair conditioner and moisturizers. Glycerol is also used for replenishing lost water content due to diarrhea or vomiting; in glaucoma patients, for reducing pressure inside the eye; and for weight loss.
