About Inorine 40 MG Injection

Inorine 40 MG Injection effectively treats twitches or spasm of the smooth muscles generally found in the stomach and heart. It is effective in relieving pain triggered due to irritable bowel syndrome, headache, menstrual periods and cervical spasm during labour.

It is also effective in abdominal pain, chest pain, gallstones pain in the kidneys, pain in renal colic and a few other conditions. Inorine 40 MG Injection may interact with a few other drugs like Atropine, Diclofenac, Levodopa, and Diazepam. Inform your doctor about taking any other medications, before starting the course of this medicine.

The possible side-effects that may occur on using this medicine are nausea, vomiting, fainting, dry mouth, sleep disorders, constipation, flushing, allergic dermatitis, swelling of face, lips, eyelids, tongue, hands and feet, falling of blood pressure and change in pulse rate.

Inorine 40 MG Injection is not recommended in patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney disease. This drug should be used with caution in patients suffering from a genetic disorder of the skin and blood. It is also advised to avoid taking this medicine in People who are or have:

  • Allergic reactions,
  • are Pregnant or
  • Breastfeeding.

It comes as an oral medicine to take by mouth, with or without food. The recommended dose for adults is usually 40-80 mg, three times a day but it can vary depending on your condition. If taken orally as an antispasmodic by children between the age of 1 to 6, the recommended dose is 20 mg, three to four-time daily. In children older than 6 years of age, the dosage is generally increased to 40 mg.
