Meftal Spas tablet is primarily used to treat muscle cramps caused during menstruation in women. Patients who suffer from colicky pain due to intestinal, biliary, ureteric colic and women having extreme menstrual pain can consume Meftal Spas medicine.

It is a composition of two medicine, Dicyclomine and Mefenamic Acid that helps by inhibiting sudden muscle contractions, to provide relief from cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort during menstruation.

Apart from this, Meftal Tab is also helpful in managing pain associated due to any jerk or movement in intestine, gall duct and urinary tract. It relieves pain caused in women during menstrual cycle by relaxing the muscles of the stomach, thus reducing the symptoms of stomach cramping.

It is advisable that people with a history of glaucoma, enlarged prostate, high blood pressure, myasthenia gravis, liver, heart, kidney or thyroid problems consult a doctor before taking medicine. This medication is used to treat smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract which occurs due to irritable bowel syndrome.
