Magasip O Syrup

Magasip O Syrup is used to treat a sour stomach, acid indigestion, heartburn and gas. It is an antacid that neutralizes the stomach acid and slowly increases the pH level of the stomach.

Taking anticoagulants and citrate salts may increase the side effects of Magasip O Syrup. Let your doctor know if you are on a low magnesium diet, have appendicitis, kidney and bowel problems, and rectal bleeding.
