This is a combination medication which has Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol, and Guaifenesin as active ingredients. It is a systemically active mucolytic agent. This drop works by breaking down the structure of mucus in the lungs and therefore facilitating expectoration. It treats acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by elevated mucus production.

You should not take this syrup if you are allergic to it if you are breastfeeding, if you ever had Stevens-Johnson syndrome, or if you are 12 years old or younger. This syrup is an agent that causes diffusion of thick mucus. Uncontrolled quantity of nitric oxide (NO) is related to inflammation and other kinds of disruptions of the functioning of the airways. Levosalbutamol can be defined as a bronchodilator that is useful for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Guaifenesin is an expectorant which reduces adhesiveness and surface tension of congealed mucus in the upper respiratory tract to increase the flow of mucus, stimulating and increasing efficiency of the cilia to remove the accumulated mucus.
