Pasetron 0.25mg/5ml Injection is a 5-HT3 antagonist. It is given post-cancer surgery to prevent feelings of vomiting and nausea caused by chemotherapy. It functions by prohibiting the action of serotonin in parts of the brain and the nervous system.
On using Pasetron 0.25mg/5ml Injection you may experience side effects such as headache, problems with bowel movement, chills, decreased urge to urinate, acidity, drowsiness, drying of the mouth, cough, bloating, bloody or black stools, eye irritation, feelings of discomfort, joint pain, muscle pain, skin rash, eye soreness, fatigue and rapid weight loss.
