Pentanerv Nt 100 Mg/10 Mg Tablet is a prescriptive drug containing Gabapentin and Nortriptyline, primarily used to prevent postherpetic neuralgia, neuropathic pain and seizures. It belongs to a class of drugs called anticonvulsants and antidepressant, respectively.

The tablet treats nerve pain in adults by affecting the chemicals and nerve responsible for these pains and seizures. It can also be used in combination with other drugs.

Pentanerv Nt 100 Mg/10 Mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Gabapectin and Nortriptyllin. The former ingredient is an alpha-2-delta ligand which decreases the pain by modulating the calcium channel activity of the nerve cells, whereas the latter one is a tricyclic antidepressant that increases the level of serotonin and nor-adrenaline (chemical messengers) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Together, both the ingredients relieve the neuropathic pain, which was generated from the damaged nerves.
