The active or main ingredients of Piriton Cs 4 Mg/10 Mg Syrup are Chlorpheniramine and Dextromethorphan. The salt Chlorpheniramine is used for 4 MG dosage and Dextromethorphan is used for 10 MG dosage. This medicine is basically an antihistamine which is used to block the action of histamine in the body.
