About Pletoz 100Mg Tablet

Pletoz 100Mg Tablet is a quinolinone-derivative medicine, which is prescribed to patients suffering from intermittent claudication. Pletoz 100Mg Tablet helps reduce the symptoms of claudication such as pain in the legs. It helps relieve cramps and increases the blood flow to the muscles.

    This medication is used to treat intermittent claudication in people suffering from peripheral vascular disease. It selectively inhibits phosphodiesterase type 3, which in turn increases cAMP concentration. With higher cAMP, the active PKA is also increased, which causes the dilatory function.
