About Rabee 10 MG Injection

Rabee 10 MG Injection is prescribed for the short-term (4-8 weeks) treatment of erosive esophagitis associated with gastroesophageal diseases (GERD). It is also helpful in treating peptic ulcers, acid reflux, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

This proton-pump inhibitor reduces the amount of naturally occurring acid in the stomach. It helps by preventing esophagus being damaged by the acids and treating peptic ulcers in the digestive system.

The tablet also helps in the treatment of stomach ulcers caused by the bacteria called Helicobacter pylori. It is important that you stick to the dosage prescribed by the doctor to avoid any serious side effects. When taking the tablet, make sure that you do not miss a dose.

Some of the side effects of this drug are joint pain, dizziness, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and headache. Other serious side effects include anxiety, irregular heartbeat, severe diarrhea, seizures, muscle spasms, tremors, and lupus or kidney damage. If you experience any of it, consult a doctor immediately.

There has been no experience with large overdoses with Rabee 10 MG Injection. Seven reports of accidental overdosage with rabeprazole have been received. The maximum reported overdose was 80 mg.

There were no clinical signs of symptoms associated with any reported overdose. Patients with Zollinger-Ellison syndrome have been treated with up to 120 mg/day. No specific antidote for rabeprazole is known. The single oral dose of 2000 mg/kg was not lethal to dogs.

Patient must swallow whole Rabee 10 MG Injection- do not crush, chew, or split tablet; take before eating.
