About Refzil O 500mg Tablet
Refzil tablet is an antibiotic which is used in the treatment of certain mild to moderate bacterial infections. It interferes with the formation of the bacterial cell wall during its growth, ultimately killing the bacteria. This medication is prescribed for patients suffering from sinusitis, uncomplicated skin and skin-structure infections, Lower Respiratory Tract Infection, Skin and soft tissue infections, Bacterial Septicemia, Infections in neutropenic/ immunocompromised patients, Urinary tract infection and other mild bacterial problems.
The dosage must be taken as per doctor’s instructions. It works best if taken at the same time each day, until the full course of the treatment is completed. Discontinuation of the medicine should be avoided even if the symptoms disappear within a few days to prevent the return of the infection.
