Rex Tablet

Rex Tablet is used to reduce chest congestion caused by the infections, common cold or allergies. Being an expectorant, it works by loosening congestion in the throat and chest, making it easier to cough out through the mouth.

You are advised to not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. It is not recommended for use in children younger than 4 years old. It is also advised to not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Inform your doctor about your health condition and current medications. You should get medical help immediately if you experience any signs of severe allergic reactions such as difficulty breathing, hives, swelling of your tongue, face, lips or throat.

This medication works via multiple mechanisms as it is a composition of Guaifenesin, Terbutaline, and Bromhexine. Less serious Rex Tablet side effects may include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, headache, a rash or stomach upset.
