Ribafit 20Mg Tablet is an anti-obesity drug which is used to help people who are obese or overweight to lose weight. It blocks the endogenous cannabinoid which binds to neuronal CB1 (Cannabinoid Receptor Type 1) receptors, thus helping in weight loss.

Some common side effects of taking this medicine include gastroenteritis, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, hot flushes, diarrhoea, vomiting, dry/itchy skin, tendonitis, muscle cramps/spasms, fatigue, flu symptoms and increased risk of body instability.
