This is a combination medication which has Aspirin(ASA), Rosuvastatin, and Clopidogrel as active ingredients. Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) belongs to the group of medications called analgesics (pain relievers), antipyretics (fever reducers). Also, anti-inflammatories (inflammation reducers), and platelet aggregation inhibitors (anticlotting agents).

It works by interfering with the production of compounds in the body that cause pain, fever, inflammation, and blood clots. Aspirin is used to treat pain and reduce fever or inflammation. It is sometimes used to treat or prevent heart attacks, strokes, and chest pain (angina).

Clopidogrel is a prodrug with anticoagulatory properties that are broken down by CYP450 enzymes to its active metabolite that prevents adenosine diphosphate (ADP) from binding to its platelet P2Y12 receptor.
