About Toplap Gel
Toplap gel is a local anesthetic and is composed of Lidocaine and Prilocaine. This inhibits depolarisation of the postsynaptic nerve that prevents transmission of pain signals. Prilocaine is a local anaesthetic that works by inhibiting depolarisation of the voltage gated sodium channel and stabilising the neuronal membrane.
