URILISER

    Uriliser is the suggested drug for indications like burning micturition or to stop urinary stones from recurring. Uriliser has Potassium Citrate Monohydrate and is classified as a drug that acts on the genitor-urinary system. The drug is orally administered and is available in 100 and 200ml packs. Side effects reported include, erosion of teeth and local irritation due to Citric Acid present in the drug.

Madam, Your complaints are suggesting of Chronic Urinary Tract Infection. You need to take immediate action. You may start Syr Uriliser / Alkasol - 2 TSp (10ml) mixed with half glass of water 3 times a day after taking food. This shall reduce your pain but no cure.
You consult a good senior physician of your locality, get your urine tested for Routine and Culture with Drug sensitivity to have the right choice of antibiotic. Your physician shall say if any other investigation is required.more

As per your present complaints, you may be suffering from Urinary tract infection, But you may be resistent to the medicine you are taking at present,so you got no relief.
Consult urorologist /physician, simple sonography & baseline blood & urine exam., culture & sensitivity test will diagnose your problem. Treatment will be oral / injectable medicines depending on severity.

Dear , you are on right track but stop uriliser as it should not be given with ofloxacin. If your symptoms have gone then stop urispas after 5 days but continue taxim-of for at least 15 days and check urine. You have to give time for the medicines to work it takes time to get better.

Please increase water +other fluid intake 2-3litres/day. Avoid tomato, palak, cucumber. Brinjal. Kaju. Paneer + take pineapple. Banana. Coconut water. Karela.+take tab urispas 1bd+uriliser 2teaspoonful in a glass of water 3times daily.

How long you are having this? Why not consulted any doctor. It appears you have developed urinary tract infection. You need urine examination - routine, culture and drug sensitivity. Go to a doctor he shall do whatever required for you. Don't delay. Till them you may take uriliser / alkasol liquid - 2 tsf mix with half glass of water and take thrice a day after food.

Saffron is a mild aphrodisiac
1. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight
2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning
3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk

Frequent urination/Fever with chills/burning or pain while urination suggest Urinary tract infection

we have to investigate to confirm infection in urine so kindly get Urine R/M done and consult again with reports

and follow advises given below:

1.drink lot of water

2. maintain hygiene

3.Avoid synthetic undergarment and prefer cotton

consult physician/me for further management as we need to start antibiotic after personal consultation
