About Zithrox Xl 200 MG Dry Syrup

Zithrox Xl 200 MG Dry Syrup is an antibiotic used to treat different types of infections caused by a variety of bacteria. It has the advantage of once-daily dosing. This medication is not recommended for use in case of common cold, flu or viral infection since it is active against infections caused by bacteria only. It belongs to a group of Macrolide Antibiotics useful for treating numerous infections caused by bacteria like middle ear infections, traveler’s diarrhoea. Along with other medications it is sometimes used for curing malaria. It is also used to treat number of intestinal infections and sexually transmitted infections.

Zithrox Xl 200 MG Dry Syrup should not be taken without consulting a doctor. The dosage or how often the medication is taken depends on a person's age, weight, the condition that is being treated, other medical conditions and also how a person reacts to the first dose of the medication. Effect and uses may vary from person to person. Administration of Zithrox Xl 200 MG Dry Syrup takes place either orally or intravenously with doses once per day.
