Basically Sjogren Syndrome is an autoimmune disease where a person’s moisture producing glands are affected. The primary effects include dry mouth and dry eyes and these are followed by other symptoms like dry skin, vaginal dryness, chronic cough, muscle and joint pains and thyroid problems. In other words, this syndrome causes dryness both internally and externally to a person’s body.
