It's not a big problem. But take good precautions like eating only healthy food (more of natural and whole grains and pulses ). Avoid outside food and beverages. Avoid stimulants like tobacco and alcohol. Avoid excess tea and coffee. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses ). Start exercising everyday. Include Yoga and pranayam for a few minutes and increase the duration. Yoga can bring harmony and start the healing process. Exercise and Yoga will help you to maintain an ideal weight. Hi, I am 26 years old, I am suffering from jaundice and I am taking rephtin tab. + livt syrup + amlycure ds syrup is it ok for jaundice to recover.

You did not mention bilirubin level readings. During and immediately after jaundice, you will be very weak and your digestion also will be very weak. Please take home made boiled food without oil. Fruit juices, sugar cane juice, coconut water are good. No drinking and smoking.

Hello that syrup also is for fatty liver. It's antiviral also and is good for other liver conditions as well. Like for viral hepatitis. Also good in alcoholic and non alcoholic fatty liver. You take 2tsp thrice after food. And duration depends on your grade of fatty liver. If it's grade one then it's enough if you take for 2 to 3 months. Also you will be taking liv 52 ds.
