Amrutanjan Balm is a classical remedy for headache. It is a blend of Karpoor powder, Ajawan ka phool, Pudina ka phool, Turpentine ka tel, Pudina ka tel, Gandhapura tel, Nilgiri ka tel, Chaha ka tel, Dalchini ka tel, Ganjini ka tel.
Amrutanjan is a herbal ayurvedic formulation. A blend of aromatic herbs and essential oils, Amrutanjan Balm is well known for its ability to relieve occasional pain symptomatically.
It gives a very pleasant heating sensation when rubbed into the skin and gives instant relief from occasional aches, pains, sprains and headaches.
Amrutanjan balm is also very effective in clearing up nasal passages instantly and gives immediate relief when applied on the nose and forehead.

Directions for use:
For Headache/or any other pain - Gentle massage of Amrutanjan balm on forehead
For Blocked Nose - Fill a bowl with hot water (not boiling) and add 2 teaspoonfuls of Amrutanjan balm. Inhale the aroma to clear blocked noses and ease breathing difficulties. You may repeat this up to four times a day but discard bowl contents each time (do not reheat).

I'm a 20 years old suffering with head ache over the past 2 weeks. I've tried using balms like amrutanjan and Zandu balm. But they proved to be of no use. The head aches occur early in the morning and continue till noon, Later they reduce. What do I do?

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist 9. Consult me for further advice.

My ankle has been since last week applied balm & all but didn't got relief. Please help me.

Hi take rest keep ankle elevated apply cold pack for 20 minutes/thrice a day apply compression bandage. Do ankle toe movement. Take ultrasound therapy at physiotherapy clinic. Still pain doesn't go get it xray done and consult me via lybrate.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.
