Plant proteins have a poor match with body proteins, so you should add animal proteins from yoghurt, egg etc or take a mixture of plant proteins. For calories, you need a balanced diet without being confused by modern propaganda about oats, brown bread, multigrain etc. Micronutrients like omega, minerals, vitamins can be included, but they are being over-emphasized, they are invariably adequate in a mixed diet, except sometimes in vegetarians.

If you don?t have time for this, then maybe you need to re-examine your priorities in life. Proper, nutritious food must be at the top of your list of priorities. Its all marketing strategy to make you believe that the women?s horlicks is good for health. Better go for unprocessed natural food. Some time we forgetting that all those foods are processed from natural food only.
