Beco ZM capsule contains Calcium ,Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol), Zinc and Magnesium which is used as bone joint supplement.

Role of key ingredients:
Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.Calcium is important for growth and development of bones.
Vitamin D3 that is used in the absorption of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D3 helps in processing of essential minerals in the body like Calcium and Phosphorus. Lack of Vitamin D3 results in bone weakening, bone pain, and skin diseases.
Zinc and Magnesium are necessary for bone mineralization and bone matrix formation.

Dear lybrate user. PHIMOSIS is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

I am taking vitamin a chewable tablet of abbot 50,000 iu, and take calcium with vitamin d3 chewable tablet - calcium citrate -1000 mg and vitamin d3 500 iu. Is it okay? I am just taking it causally. If it dangerous please let me know or if it's okay to take then what must the doses?

Please don't take tablets casually becos sometimes it can be hazardous so it's better to get it checked your vitamin d and calcium test after consulting with doctor or any professional dietitian you can start taking it.

I had periods irregularly but it had been continuous for the past 7 weeks. I had my periods on 8 /4. We had sex on 26/4. After that I didn't get my periods which I had to get on may. I had little sore boobs, dizziness, fever, headache so I thought I was pregnant. I had pregnancy test on 18/5 but was negative. I was wondering why and had an ultrasound test. That test showed a sac and my Dr. Told my follicle count was really low. She told I might be pregnant becos of the sac and had a blood restrictions confirm it. My blood test s were also negative? are there chances for me to be still pregnant?
