Information about Becozinc Syrup

Becozinc Syrup has 34.9mg zinc gluconate and 25mg niacinamide or vitamin B3. This is used as a material that will improve how healthy skin cells are formed and will keep inflammation in the skin and cells under control. Zinc gluconate is also used to facilitate the healthy division of those cells.

The multivitamin syrup also has 3mcg vitamin B12 to improve how red blood cells are formed. One mg of vitamin B6 is also added in the multivitamin tonic to help with improving adrenal functions within the body. This in turn allows the body to keep the nervous system healthy and stable.

Hello. Diet, lifestyle, etc affects pp. Do not keep sitting or lie down within 20 minutes after your meal. Go for a walk, or wrap up things in the kitchen or take stairs. Eat food items that have lower glycemic-index. You can include beans, whole grains, most of the vegetables and fruits; however, steer clear of potatoes, white bread, white rice, breakfast cereals, corn flakes, bagels, etc.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. For a person to be diagnosed diabetic patient following are the criteria: fbg 126 mg and above, or pp 200 mg and above & hba1c% 6.5% and above. The glucose levels mentioned show a pre-diabetes condition. There is no medicine recommended for this. The medication mentioned is a vitamin mineral supplement, can be taken by any body. Another important aspect is your bmi (body mass index) is 26.56 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter), so you are having an excess of over 7 kgs. That needs to be reduced in order to remain free from diabetes. So regular exercise, proper diet and weight control are a must. Thanks.
