Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

I have very bad smell loose motion once in every two days with mucous. I have eaten norflox tz bd for five days with bifilac. But still the conditions prevail. Kindly advise.

Hi. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time, 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 3) don?t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 5) avoid late night sleeping habits, 6) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 40 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water, B) take 2-2 tablets of sanjivani vati and leelavilas rasa after meals. Do all things for 3 days, gives you good result, THANKS.

For six pack. You have to do abdomen exercise in gym by consult trainer but take nutrition. Take proteins as much. Start chyavanprash 1 tsp in morning.

Hi lybrate-user Darolac is a capsule used for disturbance in bowel like loose motions, indigestion and loose motion after taking antibiotics. It works by killing harmful bacterial growth, improving digestion and restoring normal flora and inhibiting the growth of bad bacteria and minimizing the death of good bacteria, reducing the excessive secretion of water and electrolytes in gut. Bifilac comes as capsule as well as sachet used in Gastrointestinal infections and bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria, providing good bacteria to the gut, inhibiting the growth of bacteria, killing the harmful bacteria and increasing the immune system. Yes, you can. But also need diagnosis and treatment of underlying cause of diarrhoea. If there is Dehydration, then make sure to rehydrate the child properly.
