Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect.

Hello, have 8-10 glasses of water daily. Have fruits. Apply ghee or honey on lips at night. Use blistex or chaptex lip balm 3-4 times during the day.
