First of all, a platelet count of 1 lakh isn't concerning at all, you need not worry. Secondly, no amount of fruit and papaya extract will increase the platelet count. It will get elevated naturally. Since you recently had an infection, your body was putting more stress on producing leukocytes. As for the nature of your bowel movement, it is due to increased intake of papaya (which has digestive enzymes and dissolves proteins) and mango (which is rich is sugar which increases growth of gut bacteria to above normal levels). Just consume fruits in moderation and have unripe guava and black berries and you will be fine. As for your urine, there is a bit of difference between white and colourless urine since colourless urine is normal but white urine suggests an infection which needs to be treated as early as possible. You can have an online consult with me regarding the same so that your problems can be taken care of as early as possible.

Nothing is going to happen you with platelet count of more than 1,00,000. If there is no fever or joint pain or any bleeding from gums or any other part of body, then you are not suffering from dengue. Stay healthy, drink plenty of fluids, eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and protect yourself from mosquitoes.
