CCM tablet is a medication that is a balanced mix of Calcium Citrate Malate, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) and Folic Acid. It is helpful in conditions such as osteoporosis, Osteomalacia, and fractures.

This medication is used to treat conditions such as osteoporosis, Osteomalacia, and fractures. CCM tablets are highly effective for Pregnant and lactating women. It increases the absorption of calcium in the body. This medication also improves the functioning of cells, nerves, muscles, and bones.

Calcium Citrate malate present in it shows higher water solubility and offers highly bioavailable calcium. Calcium plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for the normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscle, and bone.

If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones. Thus intake of Calcium is necessary to keep the bones strong. Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) increases calcium absorption and strengthens bones.

Folic acid is an important Nutrient for women & pregnant women. Folic acid functions in DNA synthesis and cell division. Without these important vitamins, red blood cells fail to divide properly.

CCM tablets are beneficial for Pregnant and lactating women. It also treats Postmenopausal women. It overcomes the states of Calcium deficiency in Elderly people. This medication is prescribed to patients having a calcium deficiency.

I am taking orofer xt, ccm for calcium, czs for vitamin b ,vit a and d.i also take nexito and clonazepam for depression anxiety. What do I do with side-effects caused be all these medicines. Hello lybrate-user are you finding any side effects currently with medicines? Mostly you have been given multivatims, calcium tablets, iron tablets along with antidepressant. If your blood reports are with in normal limits for haemoglobin, serum calcium/ vit d/ vit b you can stop all this. You can continue with your antidepressant till advised by your psychiatrist.
