Com D3 Strong capsule is a combination of Calcium and Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol) which is used as bone joint supplement.

Calcium is a mineral that is required for the formation of bones and maintaining them. Calcium is required to prevent breakage of bones. Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.
Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol) that is used in the absorption of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D3 helps in processing of essential minerals in the body like Calcium and Phosphorus. Lack of Vitamin D3 results in bone weakening, bone pain, and skin diseases.

Walk 15 minutes a day. Do breathing exercise for ten minutes. Do surya namaskar for ten minutes. Drink 3 litres water per day except during food. Don't eat extreme temperature foods, extreme taste foods etc. Eat on time, sleep on time. Think good, speak good and do good.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....
