KALIUM PHOSPHORICUM BIOCHEMIC TABLET

Kali Phosphoricum or Phosphate of Potassium is an excellent remedy for individuals who are constantly exhausted mentally and physically. One of the greatest nerve remedies for those with lack of nerve power. This remedy can be used for the following conditions:

Mind

Anxiety
Chronic fatigue
Severe physical and mental exhaustion after hard work or stress.

Anxiety is a thought disorder, which can be managed through thought and emotional management along with medications. This can target the dysfunctional thought process that you could be having which are the root cause of anxiety. Counselling for anxiety management can help you in the following way: 1. See your problem in smaller bits and pieces, analyse each bit and seek solutions for each separately. If you see the problem as a whole and too closely, it can become overwhelming and too much work causing anxiety which could have given you gas and bp. 2. Be realistic: know your strengths and do what you can to the extent possible. Knowing your limitations is equally important, so that you don't overextend yourself and then feel inadequate /failure.
