INDICATIONS

Diabetes, pernicious anaemia and phases of degeneration centred in the blood and glandular system, such as leucemia, anaemia, Iymphogranulomatosis, but specially diabetes.
R40 lessens the secondary symptoms like: depression, agitation, flatulent sensations, lack of appetite, aggravation when the weather changes, thirst, itching etc.
MODE OF ACTION OF MAIN INGREDIENTS:

In the insulin dependant diabetic a carefully measured reduction of the insulin units is possible after long continued administration of R40.
Acidum phosphoricum: Thirst, sexual impotence, psychic depression.
Arsenicum album: Unquenchable thirst, progressive exhaustion.
Lycopodium: Remedy of the liver, flatulence, swelling sensation.
Natrium sulfuricum: Remedy of the liver, specific action in case of aggravation in damp weather.
Phaseolus nanus: Sugar in urine, irregular cardiac action.
Secale cornutum: Thirst, prickles and paresthesia, longing for cold.
Uranium nitricum: Specific in diabetes of varying genesis

DOSAGE

- As prolonged cure, 3 times daily 10-15 drops in a little water before meals.

- After some improvement reduce the dose to twice daily.

Use under medical supervision.

ORS need not have to be taken regularly. It is to be taken when there is extreme dehydration only. Taking ORS once in a while wiil not make much difference in the blood sugar level of a diabetes patient

1. Diabetes is a condition where there is insufficient action of insulin on target tissues 2 symptoms of diabetes include high blood sugar, low intracellular glucose, frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue. If the disease affects other organs, the person may have blurring of vision, numbness, tingling sensation etc 3 there are quite a bit of varieties of diabetes, but most people have type 2 dm 4 if untreated, they are harmful if properly treated, they are harmless.

I have diabetes. I am looking forward for some suggestions to keep in control of diabetes. Please help me.
Following are a few suggestions: 1) take your medication as advised by doctpr without missing a dose, 2) avoid sweets, direct sugar and jaggery, deep fried foods, high fat cheese, junk foods, pastries, sweetened aerated drinks and products containing fructose corn syrup. 3) take a restricted diet, that provides exact calories based on ideal body weight (60 kgs) 4) regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day, like brisk walking, jogging, running, gym exercises etc. 5) consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads, permitted fruits (100 g a day), 6) strive to maintain blood sugar fasting closer to 100 mg, pp between 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7.7) no alcohol or smoking. Basically it means adapting a modified lifestyle, this will help in controlling diabetes.

Diabetes usually does not go away. However, in case of secondary diabetes, it may go away. Diabetes in pregnancy also may go away. It depends.
