Dr. Reckeweg R59 - Obesity and Weight Drop contains iodized combination prepared in an organic manner, graphites, calcium carbonicum, natrium sulfuricum, and croton tiglium.
Iodized combination stimulates thyroid function to prevent goitre formation, natrium sulfuricum stimulates the liver, and croton tiglium stimulates intestinal function. Together, the ingredients stimulate tissue metabolism, remove excess tissue fluids, and regulate thyroid function.
Dr. Reckeweg R59 - Obesity and Weight Drop is useful for the obese and those prone to weight gain owing to incorrect thyroid gland secretion. Dr.Reckeweg R59 dropsalso benefits incipient goitre patients.

Directions of use:
Adults should consume 10 to 15 drops with water four to five times everyday in acute condition. Later, take 8-10 drops twice or thrice daily. Children should consume 5 to 10 drops depending on age.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have controlled meal portions. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Hi lybrate-user, Fluctuate between different intensities. When you change things up, every system of the body has to adapt. If that sounds like an awful lot of effort, that's because it is ? and that's good. The more work you give your body to do, the more fuel (calories!) it needs to burn to get the job done. So, several times throughout your workout, alternate between fast-paced aerobic exercise and exercises that are way too hard to keep up for more than a minute. While the hard stuff burns more calories per minute than aerobic exercise and increases your metabolism for hours after you leave the gym, you can't keep up that pace forever. Alternating between four minutes of steady-state cardio in the aerobic zone, and one minute of unsustainably intense cardio gives you the most bang for your buck. Stand on something besides the floor. When you stand on a Bosu ball, trampoline, or balance beam, or step on and off a bench or box, your body needs to adapt by calling on extra muscles to promote stability or resist gravity. All of this results in a greater calorie burn.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Pl. Prescribe an ayurvedic hair oil to control hair loss mainly thinning of hair in the frontal lobe of head. I am 53 attained menopause. Not taking any medicines. Otherwise healthy. Also possible pl give home made remedies for slimming.

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply parachute hair oil daily and I will suggest you to take tablet orofer-xt once a day after food and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity
