THYROIDINUM 3X Tablets
To manage the symptoms of hypothyroidism

This remedy has long been used in homoeopathy to treat the symptoms of hypothyroidism

It covers most of the symptoms of hypothyroidism such as:- General and muscular weakness- Easy fatigue- Sensitive to cold- Digestive problem- Obesity- Mood changes

It is also found beneficial in migraine in which there is an insufficiency of thyroid gland

It is useful in goitre, especially of exophthalmic type.

Dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed, 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day. Children should be given one tablet twice daily and when symptoms improve 1 tablet a day. If complaints are not relieved, consult a specialist.

Even though you being a female I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and follow up after a month

Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises. One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be possible when you first start doing the exercises. However, they should become easier over time. You should be able to notice an improvement after 6 weeks. Make sure you are breathing naturally throughout this process and avoid pushing down as if you are forcing urination. Instead, bring the muscles together in a squeezing motion.

Thyroidinum 3X is a homoeopathic medication. You can take this medicine 20-30 min before or 30-40 min after the eating. Before taking medicine it is good if you Wash your Inside of mouth and tongue properly with clean water. If any homoeoapthic doctor has suggested to take you this medicine its okk. But do not take this medicine without consulting Homoeopathic doctor, It can also harm you condition.
