You have to brush teeth after every feed and wash with clean water and if ther is dark patches you have to get scaling done by a dentist.

Hi doctor, I have sudden pigmentation around my mouth and I switched recently from sebamed cleansing bar to episoft cleanser, my over skin has become very dull. I have oily acne prone sensitive skin. I used a cosrx bha powerliquid twice a week on my acne and blackheads works really well. I'm clueless about how to treat the pigmentation. Also I have small tiny milk spots under eye (it's not milia ). Should I go for adapalene?
