Fibre-X Sat Isabgol contains the husk of seeds of the plantago ovata, popularly known as isabgol. This time-tested herb has been described in ancient Ayurvedic literature as an emollient, gentle laxative, cooling and diuretic, hence, it is a popular household remedy for constipation. Fibre-X Sat Isabgol is superior to other isabgol preparations because the isabgol husk used in its manufacture is triple refined using Swiss technology. It absorbs water and swells up, due to its enhanced swelling properties, it forms an emollient gel that facilitates the passage of intestinal contents and stimulates bowel movement. For better results take 2 teaspoonfuls of Fibre-X Sat Isabgol at bed time with water. Its good. But do not use every day. As its habit forming n you will grow dependency on it. N slowly you will have to increase quantity. 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Hello, Eat lots of fish green vegetables and fruits, Wholegrain, pulses are some excellent sources of fiber. Make sure you are drinking lots of water along, as only fiber without water can make you severely constipated.

Hello, Wholegrains, fruits, vegetables, brown rice are good source of fiber. Non-veg foods ideally are devoid of fiber. You can always combine non veg dishes with plateful of salad to enhance its digestion.

You should take 1 to 2 weeks constipation could be due to less intake of water and fiber in diet and lack of exercise lifestyle changes: drink one spoon of honey in warm water daily in morning before the bowel movement. Eat high fiber diet. Every meal should have salads and fruits with skin. Drink 2-4 litre water daily daily evening and morning walk for 30-45 minutes to regularize the bowel movement. Take more fruits and green leafy vegetables in the diet. Set up regular time for the motion.
