Effective home remedies to treat urticaria include: •a cold compress. A person can apply a cool, damp cloth to the affected area. This can provide relief from itchiness and help reduce inflammation. A cold compress can be used as often as necessary. •bathing in an anti-itch solution. Baking soda baths can soothe skin and reduce irritation. •applying aloe vera. The healing properties of aloe vera may soothe and reduce hives. It is advisable, however, to do a skin test before applying aloe vera to the entire area that is affected. •avoiding irritants. This includes perfumes, fragranced soaps or moisturizers, and staying out of the sun. A person should also stay cool and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Colic aid drops 1 ml 2-3 times daily esp in the evening and night will take care of abdominal colic. You should burp the baby well for 5 minutes after giving colic aid by putting on shoulder plus zincovit drops 1 ml once daily after breastfeeding for 1 year will help with intestinal immunity till 3 months vitamin d drops only 200 iu should be given because zincovit also contains vitamin d 400iu check labels well and give. After 3 months total dose of vitamin d should not exceed 800iu baby is definitely likely to have allergy and intestinal sensitivity so take vitamin a during 10 th month and 1.5 years vaccination. Avoid rota virus vaccination. Continue vitamin d till 2 yrs also probiotics like prowel or darolac given for one month will heal the irritated intestinal wall.

My girl baby born through c section. She is 39 days old as of today. She is having trouble releasing gas because of which she keeps crying and get up from sleep. I am giving gastica drops whenever she cries uncontrollably for longer time. She is havingvtrouble passing urine as well. She cries a little before passing and then calms down. These two issues are disturbing her sleep a lot. And I am observing that her back and stomach is hot sometimes whereas hands and legs are of normal temperature. When measured temperature at forehead with a strip thermometer it shows 98.6+.5 deg. The stomach and back feels really hot and it fades away in sometime. This phenomenon is observed in the morning for two days and has started tonight as well. What should I do?

All this symptoms are commmon in babies of this age 1.for excessive crying -u need to do burping properly each time after feeds and rub the tummy gentlly with coconut oil if she is trying too much. Sometimes taking the child to fresh air in balcony or terrace or playing some rhyme for them or talking to them helps in distracting. 2.most babies cry before passing urine in early infancy, this is just like we feel urgency to pass urine, so need to worry about this.
