As you can see that both the formulations have 2 common ingredients i.e cowhage and small caltrops. Combining them together as a single dose would result in a net high dose of cowhage and small caltrops which may be desirable or non desirable depending upon your condition. So if the doctor has recommended you to take them together then you must consume it that way. However if you are taking it for general sexual health purpose, I would recommend not combining them together and just take tentex forte. Hope that helps!

Hi lybrate-user. I don't think that it will be helpful as a permanent solution. As it is herbal in nature. You may try it. But if you want permanent solution then only homoeopathy is the option.

Yes you can take both tabs 1-1-1 dose if you could add neem. Capsules of Himalaya in same dosage will help you in curing.
