Sir if silicone implant a medicine or surgery? please tell me. Sir I am afraid of surgery so please give me some medicine or injection which increase my breast size.

Silicone implants need surgery. They are inserted behind your breasts to increase the size and to improve shape. If you don't like implants then can opt for body fat transfer to the breasts in which fat from other parts of body is injected in the breasts without any cuts on breasts. Feel free to write.

There are procedures like compression bandages, silicon gel or sheet treatment, intralesional steroids, excision etc. But none can be suggested without examination in proper. Hello. Definitely you can opt for the implant surgery. But a consultation with plastic surgeon will. Help. In deciding which surgery will be best in her case. The implant and other surgeries are relatively safe in the best hands. The usual risks of post op wound, Stitches etc will be there. A talk with the plastic surgeon will get you to know all these. The cost also varies region wise. U can contact me as well for more details.
